I am looking for a new hair cut...it has been medium length w/ long layers for 4 years. I need a change!?

(Yay! I got your links to work!)

You have a heart shaped face. Meaning, your face is wider at the forehead and you have a narrow chin. There are three hairstyles that would be great for your face:

1. Side bangs, with long layers; grow your hair past your chin to get volume around your shoulders- it will make your face seem a little wider at the bottom. Use a styling cream that gives shine and texture so your cut doesn't fall flat. (Bumble and Bumble Brilliantine hair product works best)

2. Heavy bangs; try full nags- they look fantastic across your strong forehead. Use a shine spray to give the illusion of movement. (VO5 Dazzling Shine Ultra Light Shine Spray is a good product)

3. Short and full (this is the most drastic hair cut); get a short cut to exaggerate your narrow chin- in a good way. Use shine serum to eliminate frizz. (Paul Mitchell Super Skinny Serum is a fantastic product

Ya its a great idea. i went thro a website last week. it was amazing and has al details about hairstyles. please check it out:

Do you like this hairstyle?

http://www.totalhair.net/jessica-alba-pi...

I have light to medium skin, a round-ovalish head shape. My hair was cut to sidebangs not quite like those a while ago, but now they have grown up to basically a sidepart. Would that look good and the curls too?

Do you like this hairstyle?

Yes it looks great.

Do you like this hairstyle?

yes it sounds like it would look great on you!

Do you like this hairstyle?

i think that will look nice on you

Do you like this hairstyle?

Oh yeah! Totally! Very cute hair style too. I would gat my hair dyed the same color too, with some lighter blonde highlights.

Do you like this hairstyle?

yes definatly. take a risk for a bold look.

Do you like this hairstyle?

Great look for you. Make sure to tell the stylist it is a long layer with face framing connecting to your bangs.

Do you like this hairstyle?

I just got bangs for the first time in 15 years, and personally, I can't wait for them to grow out.

Do you have thick hair? I think that's the key to the sideswept bangs. I have very thin hair, so my bangs have no body.

It sounds like I have a pointier chin than you, but I think that would influence hair length more than having bangs or not. It sounds like just below chin length would be good for your face if you like short hair, and one website says, "Bangs are flattering, but keep them long or sideswept. Go for wispy and tapered ends." So avoid blunt straight-across bangs.

As for curls, I like them, and if your hair can keep curls like those in the picture, the more power to you. Mine would be flat in 20 minutes.

Do you like this hairstyle?

that looks absolutely ..... horrible. Just KIDDING!!!!!! I LOVE it! Maybe I'll try that! I hope emailnerd could help you today!

Sincerely,

Should I get the new haircut?

My hair is medium length. Kinda longer than medium but not too long. It's just below my chest. There is a part down the middle of my head. It's strawberry blonde. I am thinking of getting thick, sideswept bangs and a layered cut for the rest of my hair. Should I? Oh btw- my face is pretty round and I have really light skin. It's pretty on the girl in the magazine. She also has a roundish face. Should I?? The magazine said people w/round faces should'nt have a part down the middle. Which I do. And if i got this there wouldn't be a middle part. Just a part where the bangs start.

Should I get the new haircut?

that is good

you should get a haircut

i have a round face and bangs

i should suggest you to have side bangs to your eye and layer your hair

to my opinion i think that that hairstyle siuts mostly anyone

What do you think?

i have a round chubby face ( im a guy) and i have medium length hair. I plan on cutting my hair though because i think im getting out of the long hair phase. im scared that when i cut my hair short my face will look even more fat. what do you think i should do?

What do you think?

Long hair will make your face look thinner, and if you cut it your face will look rounder.

What do you think?

ask a real stylist who looks like they know wut theyre doing. i personally dont think it would look bad.

What do you think?

I worked with a not unattractive guy with hair down to his waist. He came in one day and had cut it to his ears and I just couldn't believe how it transformed him. He looked great, and I told him so. Many of us had never really "noticed" him because all you saw was the hair. Once the hair was gone you were able to notice his eyes, his smile, and his true personality. It was great, and I think he felt better about himself because of people's reactions.

What do you think?

Would be better for you to send picture, otherwise advise might be really bad.

What do you think?

well... hm maybe its not the hair. its your face

What do you think?

Change is good try not to go too short or it will make you look rounder

Need haircut?

I really want a cute stylish cut but don't know what to get. my hair is medium brown and it's a little longer than my shoulders.

I have a small face and hazel eyes. Just picture belle from beauty and the beast and that's me. I'm open to any cut no matter how short.

I just need some ideas

Need haircut?

i would go like shoulder length wavy with a small side bang

Need haircut?

cut it short, so you can be urself not belle. dont like try to act like someone ur not! FAKER!!!!!!!!!

Need haircut?

My hair is a little under my shoulders with layers and it's really cute everybody compliments me on my hair.

Need haircut?

BALD!

Need haircut?

Bobs your uncle!

Need haircut?

I would suggest getting it cut up to your shoulders, with a lot of layers and a side bang.

You could get a longer side bang that you could still pull back into a ponytail, or one that you could just bobby pin or clip back when you need them out of the way. I'd suggest the shorter one, because you'd have to get the longer one trimmed too often and that can be a pain.

If you don't want a bang, your hair would still definitely look nice with choppy layers.

Need haircut?

Trim the ends to keep them neat and cut the rest in layers. I did that to my hair and it looks fuller and if you use the right styling products you can make your look like you curled it .

Need haircut?

Hmm....

I would do right aboce shoulder length, with layers, and side bangs.

They're really cute on just about anyone.

Good luck! =D

Can someone help with a teenage girl hairstyle?

Can someone help with a teenage girl hairstyle?

loose pig tails. Y'know have the elastic half way down on m]both sides so that hair falls over your ears. Also maybe curl/ straighten your hair =)

xoxo

Can someone help with a teenage girl hairstyle?

if it's non-formal, clip up or bobby pin your bangs or the front of your hair up and leave the rest of it straight

if you have wavy hair straighten it if you do that

If it's formal put your hair in a half ponytail and then curl the ends. don't forget your hairspray

Can someone help with a teenage girl hairstyle?

I'd go see a hairstylist because that's there profession. They went to beauty school for two years to learn all about hair.

For women (or gay men, I suppose): Would I look good with a shaved head?

I know that this is a rather vain question which has been asked a lot, but I wanted to get a more personalized opinion. All commentary aside on whether you think I am attractive or not, do you think I could pull off a shaved head? I've had hair down to my shoulders in the past, and my hair is getting to the point where I'd like to cut it, soon.

The only hair length I haven't tried is very short (buzzed or shaved). It would be nice to not have to worry about washing, drying, and combing my hair, as I've had medium to long hair for the past couple years. There's a link to my 360 profile if you want to see a bigger picture (it isn't the best quality, but should at least give people an idea). I think that a shaved head can look good, though I have no intention of looking like a gangster, etc. I suppose I just want some kind of drastic change that will look good and get a reaction.

I have both my ears and my lip pierced, if this influences shaved-head compatibility.

For women (or gay men, I suppose): Would I look good with a shaved head?

*shrugs* You only live once... so go ahead and experiment with your hair. I personally think you should try just cutting it short first, and if you don't like it, then shave it all off. It'll look fine... and even if it doesn't, it's JUST hair, and it'll grow back eventually.

By the way, love the lip piercing. ^-^ (and the "gay men" remark... lol... good to know you're open-minded.)

When I think shaved head and lip piercing, I think David Draiman (and it works for him). Now, you obviously look very different than he does, but still... a shaved head CAN look good.

For women (or gay men, I suppose): Would I look good with a shaved head?

worst case you dont like it and have to wear hats for a while its ur life do what makes u happy

For women (or gay men, I suppose): Would I look good with a shaved head?

Im a woman dont worry. But not shave all of ur hair, I dont think it will be a good idea. But u have to be clean ok. But u could have ur hair 1/2 inch high then u can gel it it will be cool . Good Luck!!!!!!!!!!!

For women (or gay men, I suppose): Would I look good with a shaved head?

xNo because you are more approached to get sun burned radience. no hair on head is bad you will approach age (faster age? bad englissh.)

Try different hairs if you want to your life it is .

I hope this was helpfull to you good luck to you. ~

I need hairstyle help?

I have medium length hair just above my shoulders. It has enough wave to it to make it look like I haven't brushed it...I think it's called a cowlick...normally one side will look normal/straight/smooth and the other side wavy/messy/bulky. I go to the salon and get it cut and they can make it look so good...but as soon as I wash it I can not get the style back and I'm stuck with the weird hair again. It's very frustrating. What I need is a hairstyle that I can do myself without looking like I just crawled out of bed. I've tried flat irons, straightening creams, conditioners out the wazoo and my hair is still stubborn and I can not get the style I want. I need any suggestions because I'm about ready to shave this mop off my head. I don't want wavy hair or curly hair...I just want straight normal hair that I can tame!! Help!

I need hairstyle help?

If your hair has natural texture that only way to remove it would be permanently straightening it with chemicals. Next time you get a trim ask you stylist to instruct you on some quick easy ways to get the style you want.

I need hairstyle help?

every good style starts with a good shampoo and conditioner. get a product meant your your hair type.

get a really good flat iron and straighten your hair, make sure your hair is COMPLETELY dry before straightening or it will make it worse. CHI has great products, irons, blow dryers, serums, shampoos, conditioners, sprays, they're awesome.

or you could blow dry your hair. make sure you do it so your hair doesn't frizz up, meaning dont point the blow dryer upward, point it down the hair shaft to make it nice and smooth. get a round brush, they have cheap ones in stores that work well. get one that has a metal base with holes in it, those are the best, at least i find they work better. but before you blow dry, use a serum or leave in conditioner or both if you want. i like paul mitchel "super skinny" hair serum, it makes your hair soft, shiny, and best of all, no frizz. or you could use "frizz ez" that works well too.

and the next time you go to the salon ask you stylist to tell you what they are doing to your hair step by step when they are styling it.

Bleaching hair?

I want to dye the ends of my hair bright pink - if they get too damaged I can cut them off :) - but am a bit confused. I thought you had to mix peroxide with powder bleach, but one website says you can mix peroxide with shampoo. Will this work, or do I need the bleach? Also, should I use 30 or 40 vol peroxide (my hair is currently a medium brown I guess, dyed it purple ages ago but it faded, naturally dark brown, but will dye it darker purple again before I bleach the ends)? Sorry it sounds so confusing! Thanks.

Bleaching hair?

you NEED bleach in order to get to the pale yellow stage (which is the stage you need to get to in order to use the pink colour) peroxide alone just won't work. peroxide is a developer, it carries bleach and colour into the hairshafts or without it then colours could not be developed inside the hairshafts properly and so would wash straight off as soon as it got wet. think of peroxide as a "carrier" if you like. as for bleaches i will suggest to you to use a white bleach as blue ones can fool unprofessionals into thinking the hair is lighter than it actually is hence why so many people wash it off too soon and end up with ginger hair. you can use ANY vol peroxide, the strength isn't relevant to the outcome of your hair, although the higher the vol you go then the faster it will lighten but the more damage you will accumulate. 40vol is usually used for highlighting (it can't touch the scalp though as it will most likely burn) but if it is just for the ends of your hair then it should be okay.

Bleaching hair?

Well, peroxide with shampoo will only lighten your hair a bit, while peroxide withe bleach will burn your hair. I think it would be better to buy the hair bleaching set than risk it falling off! Bleach is permanent, but when you dye over it there's a chance the color will fade. And both of them can turn your hair to straw when put together! Personally I would go to a salon if you want the best effect

Bleaching hair?

I would recommend you buy the powder bleach and peroxide you can really use any of the vol but if you buy the 40 vol it will do it faster but may cause more damage to your hair (i burnt mine off with doing it :( ) but you would be better off getting the 30 vol and just leaving it on for a tiny bit longer as it wont do as must damage to your hair.

Bleaching hair?

If you use just the peroxide it will lighten your hair a little bit. If you mix it with the bleach you will strip your hair of the color, if you want a more vibrant pink, use the bleach. And before you dye your hair, put a heavy conditioner on where you are planning to bleach. If you do that you will not have to strip both colors out of your hair( natural color and dye) so it takes less time and less damage to your hair. I would go with a 30 vol. peroxide.

Hope that helps.

Bleaching hair?

You Will Need The Powder Bleach And 40 Vol. Peroxide And Toner In A White Blonde (Most Hair Does Not Bleach To White- The Protein Hair Is Made of Is NATURALLY Pale Yellow)

Bleaching hair?

i hope you know that even if you do bleach your hair blonde hoping that the pink will stay - it will still fade away just like the purple did in you hair. i had my tips all different colors and i had to retouch them every week so be prepared for lots of maintenance!

Bleaching hair?

i suggest u go to a salon to have it lighten. once the stylist has lifted the blonde as light as it needs to for the pink to . than u can just buy the pink colour n keep applying it when it starts to fade. fudge are good bright colours.

Do you think it's bad to not brush your child's hair everyday?

My oldest daughter has medium length thick curly hair. When I brush it gently with detangler, it hurts her and she cries. So if we aren't leaving the house that day, I won't brush it. I feel like I'm torchering her for no reason. I've tried to get her to cut it shorter, but she says she doesn't want to look like a boy. She's 6 years old. Do you think I should just brush her hair everyday or is it ok that I don't brush it on days we don't leave the house?

Do you think it's bad to not brush your child's hair everyday?

It's not bad at all so if it works for you then dont worry about it.

The only time i would say it's a problem is if it's going to make it worse the next day.

I used to have waist long thick hair when i was young and it was an nightmare, my parents got so fed up with it.

We always found that leave-in conditioners were quite helpful for softening up the hair and keeping out knots. I also had it plaited everynight so that it kept tangling to a minimum in the night.

You could also always show her pics of pretty girls with shorter hair (shorter doesn't mean she has to have a 'boy' cut, she might not realise this) but children can be stubbon so don't persist if it won't work.

Really, though don't worry to much, she'll likely get fed up with it herself eventually and want it shorter. Not brushing her hair is not a bad thing, especially as your only doing so as not to upset her. But just be aware that i may make it harder the next day.

Do you think it's bad to not brush your child's hair everyday?

What? My mom never brushed my hair... Although, dont worry SO much if you hurt her a little bit. It's going to no matter what you do. If you are that worried about it, use conditioners or different shampoos to make her hair softer and less tangled.

Do you think it's bad to not brush your child's hair everyday?

I would brush her hair for the simple fact it will urt worse the next day if you do not. My daughter use to cry when getting her hair brushed I had it cut to chin length no tangles.

Do you think it's bad to not brush your child's hair everyday?

When you brush it make sure to start from the bottom, it also helps to gather her hair together with one hand, like a ponytail, it helps to avoid any unneccessary pulling on the scalp.

Do you think it's bad to not brush your child's hair everyday?

I see nothing wrong with that. I have a2yr old daughter and her hair is curly and if i know we are not going anywhere, I won't do her hair.

Do you think it's bad to not brush your child's hair everyday?

I use try to relax it or straighten it with a formula to help her out. I will brush my daughter hair everyday, because I know how bad my hair got with knots if I didn't brush it everyday. I had to cut my hair out.

Do you think it's bad to not brush your child's hair everyday?

I don't think you are a bad Mom for not brushing her hair every day if that's what you mean... but for her to get in a good routine, I'd almost say to brush it every day so she gets used to it. I get tangles too... what my hair stylist does is hold my hair by the scalp, and then hold it back while he's brushing the tangles out. This helps, and doesn't hurt at all. Not sure if you'll know what I mean by this lol, but hold a small section of hair- not at the end, but closer to her head.. hold it and pull her hair towards her head with that hand, while you brush- it kind of goes the other way when you brush, so as a result, it helps not hurt your head.

I think if you give in to not brushing on days you are home with her, she will throw a bigger fit when you go to do it on days she is out. So if she gets used to it every day, there will be less fussing about it.

Goodluck!

Do you think it's bad to not brush your child's hair everyday?

I have natural curly hair also.My kids did too.If you wash it and use a good conditioner and not rinse all of the conditioner out it will be much easier to brush.Brush it while it is still wet and the tangles will not be so hard to get out. Also keeping it up in a ponytail or something will keep it from tangleing. It does need to be brushed daily sometimes more than once.

Do you think it's bad to not brush your child's hair everyday?

You're the mom, you will do whatever you see fit. My stand on your situation, though, is that kids do whatever they can to get attention.... positive or negative. She may say it hurts and you may feel as if you are torturing her, but I doubt it's hurting as much as she makes it out to be. My 3 year old does the same thing. She's got curly hair and I spray that stuff down with detangler and brush it lightly. Just to test her, I brushed her hair and then pulled the brush away from her head and kept on with the brushing motion. She kept crying and saying it hurt so bad. No brush on her head. It's just another ploy (in my daughter's case) to delay the process of getting ready.

What I do every night now is I wash her hair and condition it (keep the conditioner in for a couple of minutes) and comb her hair with a wide-tooth comb while she's still in the bath and focusd on playing with her toys. When she gets out of the tub, I comb her hair again and I braid her hair in a low braid (at the nape of her neck) and tie the end with a "ouchless" elastic. She'll sleep on it, her hair dries, and it doesn't get tangled at night because it's not going every which way when she sleeps like a maniac. I do the same thing in the morning with brushing and she still tells me "it hurts" sometimes. There are times where I WILL get a kink or two and I know it's gonna hurt. I tell her and hold the hair in my hand and give the hair from the end of my hand to her head some slack to help with the pulling (so it won't pull as much). She's a lot happier now and isn't as mad at me when I brush her hair now.

Hope this helps. Good luck. Oh, and yes, I think you should brush her hair everyday.... even if you are staying in. It will show her that it's not okay to look like a ragamuffin all of the time. If you think you don't want to brush her hair on days where you're homebound, let her do it. It may not look as great, but it's still brushed and you won't feel as guilty about it.

Do you think it's bad to not brush your child's hair everyday?

I don't think you need to brush her hair when you aren't going anywhere...I have straight hair and am 18 and I don't brush my hair when I'm staying in.

Some tips for when you do brush her hair:

-Brush it before a washing

-If you use conditioner, comb it with conditioner in it

-If she has curly hair, see if you can get special shampoo/conditioner/detangler or something like that made to help tame curly hair

-When you do brush her hair, start and the bottom and work up

-hold a section of hair a little above where you are brushing out a tangle tightly, so it pulls from your hand instead of her scalp

Mainly, if you don't brush her hair sometime, that's fine. I know people my age with curly hair who don't brush it everyday, even when they are going out.

Do you think it's bad to not brush your child's hair everyday?

First of all, you need to be using the right kind of shampoo and conditioner. She's old enough to be washing her own hair, but if she's not able to get all of the shampoo out, and use the right amount of conditioner in her hair, and endure the brushing/combing later...then it's mom to the rescue. You can go to your local salon and get the Biolage Shampoo and Conditioner for massive tangles. Just ask the salon tech there, they can help. Then, you need to be using a detangler on her hair only a few days/week. You don't want to make it oily. Also, I would definitely cut it a little shorter. If it's that painful that she's going to cry each time you do it, she doesn't get a say in how short it is. She's not old enough, yet, and she does need it brushed every single day. It's healthy to brush your hair every single day, but it has to be done correctly, and with the correct products and tools. I'm sorry to sound so harsh, but you are the parent. She needs to understand that having shorter hair will make it easier on her scalp. You could cut it shoulder-length, and she'd look fine. If she thinks she looks like a boy, with shoulder-length hair, take her out in public and make her point out all of the boys that have shoulder-length hair. She won't find many. You are going to make it harder on her if you aren't brushing her hair daily. It's part of the maintenance, and she's old enough to understand that! And I saw that someone just suggested not washing all of the conditioner out...bad idea. That will cause an oily build-up, fast. Kids touch their hair out of habit. Especially when it's long. You need to always get the products out of the hair, when it says RINSE.

Do you think it's bad to not brush your child's hair everyday?

my daughter and me have thick naturally curly hair and the only time, we comb the knots out of our hair is when we take a shower/bath...If we do it when it is dry, it looks like one big frizz ball....so it is not bad not brushing your daughter's hair everyday....we take showers every other day as every day is bad for your skin and hair so that is when we brush our hair...my daughter is 8, by the way and she said the same thing...i will look like a boy and be ugly if i cut it...lol.....i use loreal springing curls mousse on my daughter to tame her curls and pantene light spray detangler....don't get me wrong, she still whimpers when i brush her hair when its wet but it's not as bad and there really is not anything you can do about it. My friend is a hairdresser renting a booth so these are the tips she has giving me!!!

Do you think it's bad to not brush your child's hair everyday?

I think you should, it will teach her that she has to take care of herself everyday, not just days when you will be seen. You may not have to go into as much trouble to get ready those days, but some effort should be made....

Do you think it's bad to not brush your child's hair everyday?

It's perfectly fine to not brush her hair everyday! My daughter is 4 and she has her bath's at night time. When she wakes up in the morning she has a rat's nest on the back of her head. If I even come close to her with a hairbrush she screams bloody murder. So I let her go to school that way. She looks like a rag doll, but whatever! It's not going to hurt her. I did end up cutting my daughter's hair and it's gotten much easier, but I certainly don't feel like a bad parent if her hair doesn't get brushed!

Do you think it's bad to not brush your child's hair everyday?

You should do it everyday just to keep it from being too tangled the next day. Maybe even twice a day. My 6 yr old has the curly hair to so I know what you mean about it hurting them. It's unfortunate but needed. Try different detangler, maybe a certain brand will work better. I use VO5 adult on my daughter and it seems to work very well. Sorry I couldn't be of more help. Good luck

Which do you prefer?

hair that is cut straight around? or hair with layers?

this is a question about medium to long, thick, weavy/straight, female hair.

Which do you prefer?

I like layers because I can create more styles with it than same length hair.

Especially for the kind of hair you're describing...layers would look really great!

My hair kinda fits your description...it's long and wavy...but sometimes straight. I like my layers because even if I don't do anything to my hair, it still looks like I did. I like the way layers look too when hair is up in a ponytail or down and flat ironed or curled.

Which do you prefer?

They both look good on the right girl.

Which do you prefer?

I have layered hair and I like it because it makes my hair look fuller.

Which do you prefer?

I prefer a pixie layered.

Which do you prefer?

it depends on your facial posture...you have long neck or short neck ?you have round face or oval face...better consult with a beautician at your local city which can give you good and perfect idea about your hair style.

Which do you prefer?

layers

Which do you prefer?

Layers no one in these times is wearing a straight flat cut.

Which do you prefer?

It depends on the face

Which do you prefer?

depends on the shape of you face and head. Not all cuts are suitable for the shape

Which do you prefer?

The layered hair style looks better.

Which do you prefer?

have it layers. it looks better when you just let it down or it'll also look really nice in soft curls.

Which do you prefer?

layers

Which do you prefer?

A lot of time ago I liked wavy and curly hair. But now I think it depends from the person. But I prefer straight hair, because they are shiny, and curly or wavy hair can't be as much shiny as straight

Which do you prefer?

Well... I think that layers would look nice but to cut your hair straight may be better because later on when you will want to straight your hair from the layer, it won't look right. By the way, it depends on your face. If you have wide or chubby face, then long layers would go right on you, but if you have small face then cut straight your hair.

Which do you prefer?

Sounds like your hair is alot like mine, layers look better. But that is just my opinoin.

Which do you prefer?

i think hair cut in layers.. i recently had mine done like that and i really like it now..easier to take care of too..

Which do you prefer?

you never want to get a "flat" haircut, a layered cut will bring out more of your facial features, and your hair will look fuller and more vibrant.

Which do you prefer?

It depends on the shape of your face and the body in your hair. Each style looks good. One might look better on you. Why don't you try both? One great thing about hair is that it will always grow back, so experiment.

Which do you prefer?

Listen you just shut up!! I don't want to hear your nonsense. You shave your head if I tell you to. Now get to it.

Shave your head no questions asked!!

How should I cut it?

What are some cool haircuts that I could get today when I cut my hair? I wanna something new but also classic. I don't want anything drastic. Right now it is medium lenght, brown, with a few layers, no bangs....

How should I cut it?

How Will My Stylist Take Me From Red to Blonde?

I've been strawberry blonde since March, and had the color done 6-7 weeks ago. The color fades so easily and quickly, that now my color is more of a coppery medium blonde than a vibrant strawberry blonde. I changed stylists, because the place I usually go for color is very safe with their haircutting techniques, whereas my new stylist will use scissors %26amp; razors to cut my hair, as well as take his time to make sure everything is perfect. During my last appointment, he mentioned that he wanted to color my hair - light ash blonde with blonde highlights. For the base color of the light ash blonde, is he going to have to bleach my hair, do a double process, or will he be able to use a hi-lift color to lighten my hair?

I have strawberry blonde hair with VERY fair skin (that only really burns) and freckles. On the inside of my wrist, my veins are blue. Will ash blonde be a suitable color for me?

How Will My Stylist Take Me From Red to Blonde?

by coloring your hair!

putting a shower cap!

make you dance for 40 minutes

and voila! you are now blonde!

but your still a redhead anyways!

How Will My Stylist Take Me From Red to Blonde?

no, that would look very elegant in fact. and ur stylist will simply use peroxide to change you to blonde.

How Will My Stylist Take Me From Red to Blonde?

Ash Blonde will make you look like an old woman! Also with varicose veins. Do not go for that. Bleach and get a vibrant colour on to make yourself look bright!

How Will My Stylist Take Me From Red to Blonde?

Good luck with the hair color. Aren't everyone's veins blue?

How Will My Stylist Take Me From Red to Blonde?

I say leave your hair alone. If you dye it blonde then you will look albino-ish. I have the same skin type as you do. Your natural hair color is to DIE (not dye) for! Most women spend their life trying to get the color you have been naturally blessed with. In my opinion, leave your color alone and if you want to "brighten" it up, I find that the Pantene for red hair adds an extra boost to your red color.

Good bangs?

I want bangs, but not the preppy side bang ones. I want them kinda like this: http://smg.photobucket.com/albums/v505/o...

How do I cut my hair to be like that. Yes I'm aware that cutting my own hair isn't smart, but I've done it before, and it's only my bangs. I wear glasses, if that helps. I'm not sure if it would, but whatever.

Good bangs?

Hi. Before I looked at the picture of the type of bangs you wanted I would have said sure, what could it hurt? But these, which do look great by the way, should be done by a professional for you to be really happy with them. Copy off the picture and take it with you for best results. You can ask a hairdresser to cut your bangs only. Good luck.

OK, I'll try to walk you through it without pictures. 1) Wet your bangs and comb them out 2) Make a triangle part with the apex (top) of the triangle going towards the back of your head being careful to only take just enough of the bangs so that they are no farther in than the place where your eyebrows end on the sides of your forehead. (3 Pull all your bangs straight out from your forehead and cut to the length you want, but not more than an inch cut off. (4 Comb and hold the bangs down flat on your forehead and cut them across no shorter than the middle of your nose ( this WAS my secret trick) then cut across all the bangs. They will spring up shorter when you let go. I hope it works out OK!!!

Good bangs?

That is a horrible picture, that girl is fugly!.....ahhhh

To answer your question though, you have to hold your bangs up and to the side....cut them at an angle.

Good bangs?

Why do youwant your hair like that?? Please leave it... you probably look fine emo is not my style, preppy and chic is. Too bad it isn't yours.

Good bangs?

It looks kind of similar to the side-swept thing but the person started higher when choosing the hair to be the bangs. so I guess you would just pull out hair starting towards the top of your head and cut then side-sweep it a little.

Good bangs?

Wet your hair and cut your bangs at whatever lenght you want it. Then when you style it you can curl it so that its like regular bangs (I don't really like those) or part you hair at the side and bring all your bangs over to your eyes.

Good bangs?

those are sliced bangs..very difficult to cut...

there's a technique where you actually slide a scissor down the length..but i wouldn't advise you to do that unless you are a very gifted haircutter...

that could also be razor cut..please be very careful .

hold hair taut at the ends...slide a razor towards the ends..as you slide your fingers away.

this is a difficult haircut to master...

be very careful to NOT cut yourself!!

also know that this type of haircut will thin out hair...and take any bulk from it.....

it would be best if you went to a salon to just get your bangs cut!!

Good bangs?

to get those kinda bangs my friend takes her hair and twists it and then cuts it at an angle

Hair question!?

so .. i am going salon tomorrow!

and i have no idea what to do with my hair.

i have long blackish hair..

and i am girl ....

andd i have medium length bangs thats like up to my eyes.

and i have LONG FACE.

i dont wanna cut it to short or perm.

what should i do????????

do you think its good idea to straight my hair?

and how should i cut it?

and hb my bangs?

Hair question!?

straighten it with nice layers and bangs, if you cut it short it will make your face look even longer. remember, layers, and straighten it. maybe try to play with some color

Hair question!?

if you have a long face you definately don't want to cut your hair short...i prefer my bangs to be like right at my eyes almost in them so you should see what their like long...doesn't seem like you want to make any major changes so try some highlights and maybe long layers...

Hair question!?

do some major layers in it that blend in with your bangs or try the side swept bang look with major layers dont cute the length though and straighten it

Cute Hairstyles??

I have straight, medium length, blonde hair. I would like to get it cut but everytime I do i end up not liking it. Any suggestions??

Cute Hairstyles??

Layers work really well. If you want to style it, try putting mousse in it and let it air dry. That looks really pretty. Or if you want it dry like right away, then blow dry it, but don't use a brush. Just use your fingers and tassle it.

Cute Hairstyles??

New hairstyle ideas for school?

I have brown hair that's about medium length right now. I like straightening my hair, but I've cut back to only doing it about twice a week because it gets dry easily and I don't want it to become brittle. I usually wear my hair up in a ponytail, but that gets boring way to fast. Any new ideas? I was thinking maybe making my hair wavy or new ways to put it up or something like that. Thanks! :)

New hairstyle ideas for school?

you could scrunch your hair.

you do this by after wetting it you put in some moose, gel, wax or wateva product works best for you and then take a section of your hair and put the bottom of your hair on your palm and scrunch it up to the top like your scrunching up paper. then do the next section and so on and so forth.

it will give you a curly and wavey look without your hair looking out of control and it can be done really quickly

you can also then put your hair up and make it a messy pony tail and then pin your hair up to make a messy bun. it looks classy when done right

New hairstyle ideas for school?

Well, i would straighten it and add some bouncy curls and then side bangs would be so hot as a finishing touch!

New hairstyle ideas for school?

I love pig tails. That's classic. Guys luv it when girls wear their hair down. Messy buns can be cute. Try parting your hair differently. It's simple, but it really changes up the way you look. I did that recently.

New hairstyle ideas for school?

Check out thousands of hairstyles using http://mo8.org for links to websites offering different hairstyles, tips and free makeovers, you will be able to find something suitable. You can also upload a photo and try different hairstyles

New hairstyle ideas for school?

First you can put Gel in your hair and then scrunch it when it is damp. and blow dry it while you are scrunching still. This makes it wavey and it looks really good. It will form nice waves.

I would also suggest getting short layers. It looks so good with medium length hair. If you get layers around your ears and tease it, it gives style. to tease it, all you have to do is hold a stand of hair up, and with a comb, brush DOWN and UP, and repeat many times. Then let go and it should stick up high. play with it to create your own style.

if you have more questions on teasing your hair, go to Youtube.com and search "teasing hair".

GOOD LUCK!!!

Bangs/cut help.!?

i want scene hair..PROBLEM. my hair is medium length and layered lots.. round an inch past my shoulders. But my bangs arnt long enough i think i have shortish side swept bangs the longes strand is around 1 1/2 centameters past my eye.

and its long and brown..i want to keep it dark brown but i could add streaks..any suggestions..OH YEAH I WANT TO LOOK NORMAL ..like "scene cut" but i dont want the "non scene" boys%26amp;%26amp;girls to be running away from me at school.

heres a pic of my hair

http://xx-thebladeshestains.piczo.com/?p...

Bangs/cut help.!?

If scene hair is what your aiming for, I dont think you should get a cut. Scene hair is based off of lots%26amp; lots of layers, which you have. Your hair is just wavey. I think you should striaghten it, then just tease it. Make it big :]

Im really good with hair, if you need help, contact me on myspace :] Myspace.com/contest_caosxx

Bangs/cut help.!?

I think you straighten your hair and add blond or light brown highlights. Or maybe cinnamony-colors. Get nice geometric bangs and if you hair is thin, get it cut so it ends nicely and thinly. To get more ideas look online, or at pictures of your favorite celebrities' hair, or (my cousin said this works) at dolls that have nice, pretty hairstyles like MyScene or something. Get some inspiration and show the style to your hairstyler and she/he should be able to cut your hair like that. Make sure it matches your personality and your outfits. =)

Bangs/cut help.!?

You could cut it straight across your forehead, covering your eyebrows...

But, I recently answered this question here:

Ciao!

Bangs/cut help.!?

don't strainten it,i have seen your picture

What is the best hair straightener/flat iron you have ever used?

I own one, yes, but it doesn't keep my hair straight as long as i want it to. It's a Conair Cearmic Straightener and has 25 setting, not didgital, and also has a turbo heating.

I straighten my hair but i doesn't stay straight. My hair is just a tad above shoulders, only because i did not like the layers in my hir when i had gotten it cut that way and bought a straightener so i could flip the ends or just straigten it. So i got it cut to the very first layer in my hair. I'm growing it out again to maybe try layers again. What can i do to keep my hair straighter longer? Is it the straightener or is it my hair?

My hair is now onyx wth red tips, like i said, a tad above the shoulders. It's in the middle between thick and thin, in a medium range. Is it my hair or is it the straightener? Is there anything i can use to keep my hair straighter longer? Please help me out! Any other styles i can do with a strightener?

What is the best hair straightener/flat iron you have ever used?

You have the right straightener. It could be your hair. I straightened my hair almost everyday because I couldn't stand having fluffy hair. When I started doing that, my hair was dead %26amp; the straightener couldn't even work it's magic anymore.

Go to the salon %26amp; get your hair deep conditioned about once every 2 or 3 months. This softens your hair so it's back to the soft hair it was when you were a little kid. If you keep this up, you can straighten your hair as much as you want %26amp; your straightener can do it's job just fine. Just make sure your hair isn't dead. If it does start becoming dried up again, go to the salon %26amp; do it all over again.

I don't have to straighten my hair that much anymore since my hair is soft %26amp; flat now from all the deep conditioning. But now, I don't have to burn my hair by putting the straightener on number 25. It'll work even on setting 5 or 10.

What is the best hair straightener/flat iron you have ever used?

i recommend using a straightening serum while straightening your hair. you can get these at both local drugstores or salon stores.

i've only used one straighter/flat iron and it works sooo well....it's by chi; it was a bit pricey too.

Are sisterlocks for me?

I have medium hair just barely grazing my shoulders and I want to wear sisterlocks. I currently have 1 1/2 inches of new growth as well. Here is the problem--I don't want to cut my hair, and I think that fake hair is against my purpose even if it temporary. I know that I can start sisterlocks with relaxed ends and a bit of new growth, but will it look crazy? How should I wear it once they've been started--with curled ends? Will this look cute? Ahhhhh...help!!!! (I make it seem like a big deal, but I want these type of locs for real, thanks!)

Are sisterlocks for me?

i think anyone can have sisterlocks! they are cute on anyone.... unless ur hair is really frizzy... ulgh

Are sisterlocks for me?

ok I have sister locks and i got them with the perm still in my hair. they are easier to do than dreads with dreads you have to wait until the perm comes out or cut it off. Report It

Are sisterlocks for me?

I'm a blond with really curly hair and I braided it all over in small braids (the size you want your locks) and just left it. You can wash it and everything and before you know it, it will start dreading at the top by the scalp.

At this point if you change your mind you can get them out without losing too much hair but once they are done, honey you'll have to shave your head to get rid of them

I really dig them though so I vote yes!Curled ends are super cute. Plus as they get longer you can braid in ribbons and stuff. Yeah! fun hair

Help with my Haircut??

How often should i cut my hair?

i have medium to long layered heir, how often should i get it trimmed/cut?

How often should i cut my hair?

usually every 6 weeks

How often should i cut my hair?

Depends on how much your hair grows. My hair gets cut every 4 weeks. If it grows alot then you should do every month if it grows not so fast every other month.

How often should i cut my hair?

i think a trim every 3-4 weeks would be suitable for most people :)

Losing my hair, thinking of getting a buzz cut but I have a big head, what to do?

Here it is, I'm 19 and my hair line is beginning to rise to where it is noticable. I've always had the same hair cut, kinda medium length. I'm kinda getting to the point where in the next year I'll have to do something because medium hair %26amp; losing your hair doesn't look great. My problem is that I have a big head so a buzz cut probably won't look very good. Any advice? I don't want to shave my hair bald (that would look even worse), but if I stay as is too long, people'll probably think I'm trying to hide it (comb over...etc) when really it would just be keeping the same as always. Should I just keep it pretty short %26amp; ride it out? Or bulk up like crazy and hope a buzz cut looks fine? Thanks.

Losing my hair, thinking of getting a buzz cut but I have a big head, what to do?

Buzz it. If you don't like it it will always grow back.

Losing my hair, thinking of getting a buzz cut but I have a big head, what to do?

Start on Rogaine now. Seriously. It won't help for the hair that you have already lost, but it will keep you from losing more.

Losing my hair, thinking of getting a buzz cut but I have a big head, what to do?

You have options. You can get a prescription for Propecia, it is a pill that has been approved by the FDA to regrow your hair. You can get minoxidil from Wal-mart or the drugstore, it is an over the counter foam that costs about $20 that the FDA has also approved for keeping hair and regrowth and you do not need a prescription. Finally, and this is new, the FDA has approved the use of a comb with an infrared light to stimulate hair growth for Fitzpatrick skin types 1 thru 4. This was new to me so I wrote to the FDA about the lasercomb and asked if it was true and the FDA sent me this link.

FDA cleared the LaserComb in January 2007. You can view all releasable

information on this clearance by going to our web site at

http://www.fda.gov/cdrh/pdf6/K060305.pdf

The laser comb is $400-$500

Losing my hair, thinking of getting a buzz cut but I have a big head, what to do?

just find a really good hair salon and I'm sure someone can help you decide. go in for a consultaion.

Losing my hair, thinking of getting a buzz cut but I have a big head, what to do?

buzz cutts are cool and pretty in. i mean look at the celebrities,...they dont give a **** so they just buzz their hair off...its cool

What does country look like??

Hi! I've told all my friends that I want to be a country singer, and they all have the same reaction! They open their mouths in shock and say "I would hav never thought it! You don't look country at all! You look more like a rock skater person!!" So my question is, what the heck does country look like? I mean do people really 'look' country?? lol I mean I would have never thought carrie underwood would be a country singer until I heard what songs she was picking on AI, and Brad paisley don't even look country...SO what does country look like?

Right now, I have medium hair (Surfer hair) that's wavy and auburn..I usually just wear a t-shirt and jeans....would cutting my hair help you think? and if so what style (NOT A MULLET! lol)

P.S please don't say cowboy boots, and flannel shirt, because that is like the biggest stereotype, and not really any country singers wear that sort of stuff...

What does country look like??

oh yeah some people look country. You know, wranglers, cowboy boots, the ugly mullet type hair cut....or better yet a bushy mustache. Just look at Toby Keith....hes the epitomy of "country". Its just a "redneck" look. Here in Oklahoma, almost everybody looks country. You can say...dont say cowboy boots and all that....but that stereotype IS true for the most part!

I dont know what world you live in, but most MALE country singers do wear cowboy boots and wranglers along with cowboy hats. The women are a different story.

Oh yeah and you shouldnt change your look....just go with it. If you have the voice for country, then it really doesnt matter what your hair looks like. Let the record label deal with it when you get signed.

What does country look like??

country is the music for people who like annoying singing voices and wish they could be a real man or woman

What does country look like??

there is no "look", it's an attitude

What does country look like??

glamourous, stylish, with a little fringe. don't cut your hair, just puff it up a little bit. i've also heard that perms are the new country.

What does country look like??

weird looking hair extensions

satin tanktop (with satin pants), overalls, or a wifebeater shirt with torn jeans

old tennis shoes that look like they came from the d.i.

if you follow this, you will look like a true hick

What does country look like??

You are asking too much. Imagine George Strait playing Heavy Metal.

You can fix your hair, change your clothes, and everything else. But, either you have it or you don't.

Sorry, but I think it would be impossible for you to pull it off and seem genuine.

Country music is more than a style it is a feeling.

Change in appearance alone just won't cut it.

What does country look like??

You can like any kind of music and look any kind of way but the true country look is like what Garth Brooks wears.

What does country look like??

Be yourself! Thats like saying black people cant sing Metal thats bullshit check out Sevendust and I know there are black country singers too I've seen them and there pretty damn good. I love Metal and I love Sevendust. Dont change be yourself. Good Luck!

What does country look like??

Porter Wagner

What does country look like??

Its just your singing voice or just there annoying music.

What does country look like??

Country is just that; a place without shopping malls. Dress like you've got to go out there and wrestle with your back yard, fix fences, and get the horses tended.

And then wash the clothes, take a shower, put it all back on, and sing it like you mean it. And if you've got it in you, darlin', find it and let it come through.

(I'm a blues fan, I only play a country boy on Yahoo Answers.

But I think music's the same when it comes down to finding your voice, and whether you make the big time in Memphis or just do it at home, your talent will enrich your life and those of your loved ones. Now, make your music; the look is incidental.)

What does country look like??

MERLE HAGGARD 24-7! REAL COUNTRY MUSIC!

What does country look like??

It doesn't matter what you look like as long as you can sing, People will come. Ignore people saying those things, they are just jealous of your talent which obviously they don't have. The little green eyed monster can and does bring out the worst in people. Don't change a thing. As long you are happy nothing else really matters.. Looks are associated with music, because typically people who are country wear cowboy hats and boots. Rock skaters like t-shirts and baggy shorts, gangs members have tattoes,. Goths wear lots of black and have some really weird haircuts.

A good example to look at would be Travis Tritt and Marty Stewart. They don't wear cowboy hats, which is associated with their music. Well they did a No Hats tour. So cowboy hats really didn't matter.

The Dixie Chicks, Natalie Manes, hair was strange to me when I first saw her. Her hair was not that of a typical of a country music artist. But she was country. and yeah she has some Opinions, but so what, she and the others can make some Great music.

So again, go with what you like and tell the others to Kiss Off!

What does country look like??

Honestly, as long as you wear cowboy boots, some kinda hat and dress casual youre all set =]

What does country look like??

Well I dont know what it is I was a country singer and middle of the road pop but people used to say "are you a country singer" I would ask why they thought I might be but they could never tell me what it was, oh an I thought Carrie Underwood was country as soon as I saw her. lol

What did you do about your hair when pregnant?

LAYERSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!!!! I am pregnant with my 4th child and as soon as I find out, I go to get my hair cut. I also have a round face and my hairdresser always tells me to get layers, but make sure they frame your face or else you'll look chubby. Also, I get a sideswept bang so I don't look too plain. This hairstyle looks good with a dress or a tshirt! And about feeling ugly, how can you be ugly? You're a pregnant woman and that's a beautiful thing regardless! Put polish on your nails, get a haircut, (I recommend Matrix Biolage shampoo and conditioner, they made my dry hair look like silk) and try Neutrogena acne pads if the pimples bother you. Remember, you're a queen, whether you feel like one or not! When people look at a pregnant woman they don't see pimples and dry hair, they see beauty!

What did you do about your hair when pregnant?

Its the hormones in your body. My hair is also dry and limp, my nails are breaking easily, i used to have such long beautiful nails, now i can't let them grow to far or they will break. I also am getting pimples, and i've always had a great complexion.

Try using a face cleanser with no oil in it. For your hair, I use Dove Extra Moisture Shampoo And Conditioner. And i put nail polish on my nails to stop them from breaking so easily.

What did you do about your hair when pregnant?

well the breaking out thing is bcuz of the stress about the baby.

What did you do about your hair when pregnant?

you are not ugly and fat, you are beautiful and pregnant carrying a sweet baby!

are you taking your prenatal vitamins? usually that helps somewhat with the hair and nails.

I was told that you are never supposed to get anything more than a trim while you are pregnant because you'll hate the haircut, so I would suggest not doing anything drastically different.

don't worry, it'll all be over in a few months. then you won't have any time to worry about anything but your precious baby.

good luck!

What did you do about your hair when pregnant?

I feel rotund, spotty, and frizzy-haired; I empathise.

The answer, for me, was mostly in good maternity clothes. Forget scrimping and saving so you can buy baby stuff, etc; I think babies also want happy mums. Go buy a smashing outfit for yourself.

Ask your stylist about the dry hair, too. Using one of those once-a-week, 'intense,' conditioners more frequently than once a week helped me a fair bit.

If it makes you feel any better, the stereotypical pregnancy nails are not so great. They feel irritatingly different, and I'm sick of trimming them.

What did you do about your hair when pregnant?

Gotta hate the hormones. I got sick of the hair so I cut it off. Just below my chin, I also have a round face. I can either flip it up or curl it under I went with an A line just to keep it easy and nice looking. I gave up on my nails , I just cut them short and clear coat them. The only thing I found that works on the breakouts is bar soap. (that is just me though, You might want to think twice about that one) If I use my normal face wash, I break out horribly. I am 35 weeks and have just decided it is not worth stressing over. We are almost done. :) I have decided I can manage presentable. Fabulous will have to wait a few more weeks.

What did you do about your hair when pregnant?

If you have dry hair now, try using Alberto VO5. It's a hairdressing product that comes in a tube. It's thick like Vaseline. Squeeze just a little in the palm of your hand and rub your palms together to coat your hands and just work it into the tips of your hair and comb your hair. The comb will distribute it along the strands of your hair. VO5 will condition your hair and keep the ends from splitting.

Don't use too much because your hair will look greasy.

As for the pimples, they will go away by themselves. Just keep your body clean. Being pregnant is no picnic. Some women experience tooth decay. Others land up wearing a larger shoe size because of all the added weight on the feet.

Just try to relax. Pregnancy affects every woman in one way or another and no two pregnancies are the same.

Everything will be fine.

What did you do about your hair when pregnant?

try biosilk. it makes my hair feel soft, smooth, and healthy. plus it adds a shine to it. it may not be cheap but it makes dull hair look great. and go for layers. don't cut your hair too short or you may regret it after the baby is here. as for the acne, i'm sorry. i know what you are going through tho. in my late teens, basically highschool, i had bad acne on my back and chest. and to make things worse i was a swimmer. luckily during swim season the chlorine dried out my skin and helped. but if this is just happening for you now its more likely the hormones. it will more liekly go away after you deliver. you're almost there, goodluck.

What haircut should I get to look kind of punk-ish?

I want to get my hair cut and what I really want is something like Hayley from Paramore, but the problem is that I don't want to look like a poser and make it obvious I'm trying to do something like her and I don't want something that's a billion different colors. I also want to keep my hair a medium length. It's hard to find something acceptable because my school has a lot of rules regarding hair.

Are there any suggestions or pictures of what I should do?

What haircut should I get to look kind of punk-ish?

Ask the stylest for a shag cut.

Help! I dyed my hair and it turned out much too red?

I dyed my medium to dark brown hair last week with Loreal's Natural Match in shade 5N according to the box my hair was supposed to turn a medium brown shade that brought out my natural highlights. Now my hair is more of dark brassy reddish brown, it doesn't look good at all. Im scared that as the color fades the red is going to show up even more. Im scared to dye it again, but I need to fix this problum. What can I do to get ride of this red or atleast cut out the brassy color.

Help! I dyed my hair and it turned out much too red?

The reason it is reddish is because your hair was lightened. It WILL NOT "wash out" with shampoo. Recolor it a little darker to cover the red.

If your hair is long you may wanna have it professionally done as it will be hard to get an even color.

Help! I dyed my hair and it turned out much too red?

Get a clarifying shampoo and wash your hair thoroughly as soon as possible. Follow up with a deep conditioner. Continue to wash and condition your hair every day for one week to remove as much dye and fade the color as much as possible. After 2 weeks if the color is still too red, get a dye thats labeled "warm" hair tone in one shade darker than you WANT to achieve, and color over your current shade.

If you don't minde spending more, go to a salon for "corrective color."

Help! I dyed my hair and it turned out much too red?

well if you REALLY hate it, then go to your hair stylest, get all the color ripped out of your hair, and dyed back to your natural color. but thats the most extreme (and pricey) way to fix this.

if you want to fix it at home your going to have to find more dye.

i'm sorry i don't remember what brand it is, but i jsut saw it at wal-mart yesterday

it says Really big on the front of the box "no brass burrnettes"

i know your scared, but the only way to get rid of the color is to either re-dye it or wait for it to grow out

Help! I dyed my hair and it turned out much too red?

Wash your hair several times with baby shampoo (that will remove a little bit of the color)

You will not be able to make your hair any lighter with more haircolor, but you can go back and get the Loreal Natural Match in shade 5C. The cool tones in that color will cancel out some of your brassiness.

Help! I dyed my hair and it turned out much too red?

Just dye it another color.or Shave your head!

You can be like Britany!

Help! I dyed my hair and it turned out much too red?

The first thing I would do is buy the absolute cheapest shampoo you can possible find. Usually it's Suave (not the professionals line). The least expensive the shampoo, the more harsh. This means the color will not stay in long. Your hair may not hold red well anyway. I know mine does not. Wash your hair with the cheap stuff to strip you color but make sure you use a really good quality conditioner. You won't want to damage your hair. Like everyone else has said, you will have to dye it again. This time go with a different brand. If you are looking for something that gives you highlights also then you should try L'Oreal's Couleur Experte. It's around $20, but it works great! Good luck!

check out the link, you may find out some other great info on coloring your hair.

Always remember to do the strand test. It helps out alot. Most places will exchange the hair color for one that better suits you.

Highlights and low lights?

I have medium brown curly hair. Its medium lenght. I want to get it cut to around shoulder lenght and have highlights and low lights added??? What do you think?

my other hair question:

http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;...

Highlights and low lights?

You would have had to specify as to what colour you wanted and how much you want the highlights to blend in with the rest of your hair. But make sure that you find someone who knows what they are doing, and if you are going to do it yourself, make sure YOU know what you are doing.

What does she mean when she says this???? girls plz?

i got medium long hair, like surfer style , and i dunno if i wanna cut em, so i ask this girl on IM and she says: its up to u if u like long or short hair........what do you think shes thinking????/

What does she mean when she says this???? girls plz?

it must mean that you look fine with long hair because she doesn't mind. do what you want, i'm sure it'll work out.

What does she mean when she says this???? girls plz?

she's thinking that it's up to you whether or not you want ot cut it...

What does she mean when she says this???? girls plz?

she means for you to cut it....or it is really up to you...maybe she doesn't know what you look like or something like that...plus boys with long hair is kinda gross...especially when you guys sweat

What does she mean when she says this???? girls plz?

nothing. she just like the surfer style like the ones that don't care and let their hair loose, about shoulder lenght is surfer style, or even longer, all i know that its not short. i would go with about 10 inches at least.

What does she mean when she says this???? girls plz?

she simply wants you to make your own decision.

or she COULD mean that theres a monster under your bed that you should take care of.

What does she mean when she says this???? girls plz?

is she your girlfriend?? I don't think she is putting too much thought into it. I wouldn't cut your hair for her--she would give you a straight answer if she felt strongly about it

What does she mean when she says this???? girls plz?

It means that you should do what you like with your hair. She's not concerned about it as it is on your head!

What does she mean when she says this???? girls plz?

it means what it means.

dont overthink it.

What does she mean when she says this???? girls plz?

Lol really do not look to deep into that conversation, she really just meant what she said, if you like your the way it is,leave it,if you don't,cut it.Had she felt otherwise she would have said,"Oh,I love long hair " or "I love short hair" or "You should cut it" etc etc. Get the point? She was thinking ..."do whatever you want." You really looked way to deep into that.

What does she mean when she says this???? girls plz?

that she doesnt care

What does she mean when she says this???? girls plz?

she doesnt care

What does she mean when she says this???? girls plz?

Shes asking you what do you like short or long hair shes not asking if you will cut it she like you shes describing her hair 2 u

What does she mean when she says this???? girls plz?

She's thinking "why is he asking me, he should just get it cut if he wants to..." She probably thinks you'll look good either way that's why she didn't really answer.

What does she mean when she says this???? girls plz?

She actually means it's up to you. But baby, please, don't cut it! Long hair is hottt.

OXO

What does she mean when she says this???? girls plz?

I think shes thinking that it doesnt matter, its all about what you like better beacuse its your hair. this isnt some kind of trick answer, just listien to her and do what you like best.

What does she mean when she says this???? girls plz?

She is probably just doesn't knoe...

She thinks its up to u to decide :)

Need Salon Professional Help!?

i have asian hair and i was wondering why my side hair (asian side hair) grow outwards. They stick out and i hate it. I have medium hair and going to cut it soon

No hair putty or anything make it stick to the head. Do have to vcut it a certain way for natural look for it that it grows downward?

Need Salon Professional Help!?

I have cut asiain hair before, i've noticed its very coarse... depending on your hair cut (not sure what you have) that could be why your having problems.. any layering?

Need Salon Professional Help!?

It's not so much on how they cut it. You can try and ask to do that. If you want it to stick to your head or go flat down, try buying this product from Bed Head.

http://tigihaircare.us/tigi/bedhead/arch...

If you're the type of person that straightens their hair, then you can buy this bottle of spray that you spray mists onto your hair before you straighten it and it will make your hair look super sleek.

http://www.sallybeauty.com/shop/1370/140...

I also recommend asking your hair stylist to thin your hair out as much as possible.

Shoudl I get side sweot bangs?

I wanted to get my hair cut and get a new style while I'm at it. I have a round face. I was thinking of getting side swept bangs and cutting my hair to a medium length just past my shoulder, about 1/2 - 1 inch.

The only concern I have it styling it is that my hair is really straight and I don't know if my hair can curl at the ends of the bangs to make it "swept" to the side.

What would I have to do to keep it looking good?
