I am 16 and want a new "back to school hair style". I have medium length black hair and i want a new cut and highlights. any suggestions?

Lots of layers and let it grow. Medium is not in this year. Long is all that. Don't curl it too much. Big Texas hair is out. Just let the long layers grow and keep it straight with a little flip on the ends.

I am 15 and just got mine done. I would suggest light, wispy layers. And a side part with side-swept bangs of a length that fits your face shape and whatever length is comfortable for you.
