Can someone help me out with a hairstyle idea?

I need a new hairstyle!! I'm bored w/my hair.

I have natural medium blonde hair, I'm going to be 25 in a month, my hair is thick (although I thin it), a mix between a round and oval face shape, I'm a casual girlie, %26amp; I want something easy to do, but still sexy.

Currently, my hair is short...goes to the middle of my neck...w/layers and a bit of a grown out stack in the back.
