yes, i'm sure that sheers would do the trick. although, if you're concerned about the hairstyle being as close as possible to that picture, i would schedule a meeting with your stylist before you come in for the haircut, and ask her to explain to you what you want. that way, instead of you explaining it to her, she is letting you know she understands exactly what you want, and there won't be any problems.

Yes you can get this look, flat iron will help achieve it but as a stylist I highly DO NOT recommend thinning shears to take the weight out of your hair. Most stylists don't know how to properly use them. Ask your stylist how she removes weight. it should be done by slicing out the extra weight so that it is a seamless look and you can't tell that it has been done. You should never be able to see it when the look is done.

You would have to either get your hair chemically straightened or you would have to straighten it every day with a flat iron. But if you have like an oval face shape it will look cute
