I have medium brown curly hair. Its medium lenght. I want to get it cut to around shoulder lenght and have highlights and low lights added??? What do you think?

You would have had to specify as to what colour you wanted and how much you want the highlights to blend in with the rest of your hair. But make sure that you find someone who knows what they are doing, and if you are going to do it yourself, make sure YOU know what you are doing.
