So I'm tired of my thick, brown, medium-length hair. I saw this picture of a model while browsing a website and I absolutely fell in love with hers. Here's some pics of it:

I'd like to dye my hair like hers, too, on the tips. I have a very good straightener I can use. And while I'm at it, is that haircut I want a razored cut? Thank you!
