I have a fair complexion....long hair (that I won't cut anymore then 1-2 inches)......and it's a medium brown......My hair is a little wavey but not much....What colors??? Highlights???? Lowlights????? Full???Partial?????

if your hair is a medium brown i wouldn't go with something that pops but personally i would go with something that is a dark red or a goldish brown highlight at the tips of your hair or get them as streaks all around

I have the exact same hair and complexion. I think it would look best if you just put some highlights about 2 shades lighter than your hair all through and around your face to frame it a bit. Hope I helped! :)
