if i were you, i wouldnt shave my legs. its pretty unnapealing. the only reason guys shave their legs is when their swimmers and they want to take .00001 seconds off their time, which i think is retarted.

i learned some of this from beauty school and personal experience. if you do it once then you're going to have to keep doing it. when you cut hair the ends of it will become blunt, thus making it seem to be more coarse when it grows back. it might itch when it grows back against your skin. then again, it depends on the coarseness of your hair. if you decide to keep it shaved and you actually keep up with it then I'd say go ahead. what do you think about waxing? when waxing the hair is pulled out from the root and the hairs that come in will be new ones so they won't be blunt. the only setback is that it'll take a while to do if you're hairy, it might hurt, and the ingrown hairs.

1.Ask your girlfriend what she thinks about it. She might be grossed out by the idea. (I would be)

2.Do you trust her with a razor? I would think it's harder to shave another person than to do it yourself.
