well dont have short hair, thats not cute...soo mayb keep it a little below ur shoulders, and dye it a pretty color like brown with a splash of red...bangs no, but like bags that are long that go to your mid-cheek....YES!!! dont put layers, but ont have it all one cut and o so evenly...just make it look sort of messy but cute.
