I wanna no the best color/cut for me. Please help! thanks!?!??!?

heyy Guys,

Face- I have really big bright blue eyes, a smallish nose and pinkish poutyish lips. My skin is kinda palish, olivish. I'm a normal weight (ok I'm 5-4 and 129 pounds)

Ok this is what my hair is like...

have shoulder length hair, and it's kinda brownish blondish. I have kinda medium texture hair (its not like super thick but its not thin. My hair is wavyish. I love layers and sidebangs and everything. I'm willing to take like 10 minutes 2 do my hair everyday. I have a good straightner. I also have a blowdryer and a curling iron. I like side bangs too. I really like celebrity hair also. I want my hair to look decent when I dont do anything to it also though. Thanks so much for everybodies answers and a link would be helpful. i think u should dye it a little lighter like not white blonde but just like beach blonde. and maybe straiten it and get dirty blonde highlights or like pink like this..................http://delivery.viewimages.com/xv/739809... like that 1 pink streak if ur like need a major makeover but that just an idea!!!! and heres another great look-

I think that you should go for a mix of blonde colors and your cut should be about chin length and VERY layered and chop-ey, and side bangs are a MUST!

get high lites and short choppy medium layers go shorter but keep it a short bob look
